Location de chalet situé sur la commune de Saint-Brisson (Nièvre).

Il est indépendant avec terrain et emplacement pour voitures. Il possède deux chambres dont l’une avec un lit deux places et l’autre avec deux lits superposés, une salle de bains, un wc, un canapé clic-clac, une télévision, un coin cuisine aménagé, une terrasse couverte de 10 m² munie d’un barbecue et d’une machine à laver (hors service pendant l’hiver).

Un parc naturel régional français situé dans le massif du Morvan, au cœur de la région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.

Au cœur de la Bourgogne, le Parc naturel régional du Morvan, protégé depuis 1970, vous invite à découvrir un patrimoine naturel et culturel fort. Libre à vous de le parcourir au gré de vos envies en partant, pourquoi pas, de la maison du parc située à Saint-Brisson en direction des communes de Luzy, Saulieu et Vézelay, en passant par Château-Chinon et Montsauche-les-Settons et sans oublier Bibracte et son Musée de la civilisation celtique. Fort d’une identité régionale, le Parc du Morvan se fait le témoin de milieux naturels protégés où vivent, en harmonie avec l’homme, une faune et une flore variées.
Dans le bourg de Saint-Brisson vous trouverez outre la mairie, une poste.
Le Lac des Settons, pour vos promenades et baignades, est à 15km (base nautique, restaurants, circuits rando…).
Le Lac de Saint-Agnan est à 5 km (pêche, baignade, base nautique).

Spot de descente VTT de Breuil
Breuil, c’est un spot de descente VTT permanent en forêt de Breuil-Chenue à 4 km du gîte ! Au programme, deux pistes : Une noire (dénommée « Breuil »), pour les pilotes expérimentés, avec sauts, tables, marches, une bascule, un wall-ride, soit tout ce qu’il faut pour faire le plein de sensations. Mais Breuil, c’est aussi une piste bleue (« Fayard ») pour les pilotes qui veulent découvrir la descente, y compris en Fauteuils Tout Terrain (FTT).
Service : possibilité de location de matériels spécifiques (VTT + protections) et cours d’initiation avec un moniteur à 500 m du gîte.

La Maison du Parc à Saint-Brisson

La maison du Parc ou également appelé Espace Saint-Brisson comprent un ensemble de bâtiments, comprenant un château et ses dépendances, construits en 1802 et 1803 par un architecte anglais.
En 1970, le parc naturel régional du Morvan est créé et géré par le Syndicat Mixte du Parc. Ce dernier acquiert en 1975 ce domaine avec l’aide de l’État, du conseil régional de Bourgogne et du conseil général de la Nièvre, et y installe la Maison du Parc. Pour en savoir plus : www.parcdumorvan.org
